Fall 2023/Spring 2024 Registration

Please review the Registration Guidelines first and take time to carefully enter your team data.  All registration forms must be completed and submitted by the team Captain.  This is an annual registration for the Fall 2023/Spring 2024 season.  

Registration closes Friday 28th April, 2023.  A one time registration fee of HK$900 per team shall be paid by the close of registration.  Any late registrations received after the deadline will not be accepted. Payments can now be made online/atm/PayMe and must be accompanied with a payment receipt/record sent with team name and division to Kathleen Wong, HKLTL Treasurer by email or WhatsApp.  

Please take note of the confirmation tick box whereby all Captains are confirming that they will review and adhere to the Code of Conduct and the Captains Guidelines located under the Rules tab on the HKLTL website.
